Boppie's LLC operates this website. This notice explains what happens to information you send through our inquiry form.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, school or organization, sport or program, project description, and your selected interests and timeline. You may also provide a phone number, role, preferred contact method, or a budget estimate from the site. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project description.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to understand your project, respond to you, prepare a possible proposal, and keep a record of our conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase or commitment. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Inquiries are stored in this site's hosted database and can be viewed in a private inbox by the site owner. OpenAI provides the Sites hosting. Resend sends an email alert to the owner containing an inquiry number and a link to the private inbox; the alert does not include the full form response. Service providers may process information needed to operate and secure these services.

Site operation

We have not added advertising trackers or an analytics service to this site. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Owner sign-in uses ChatGPT authentication; visitors do not need an account to send an inquiry.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries while they are useful for responding, managing a potential project, and maintaining business records. If you want to access, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry, email us using the address below. We will review the request and respond in line with applicable requirements.
